Health Ministry

The Health Ministry at Our Lady of Hope are a group of individuals who minister in the following ways:

  • Visiting the homebound and bringing them the Eucharist
  • Offer progams regarding senior health
  • Provide flu vaccines
  • Provide blood pressure screening once a month after Masses
  • Offer school programs with regard to health and related issues.

If you feel the Lord is calling you to this ministry, please feel free to join us the first Monday of each month in the Parish Center at 7:15 p.m.

Anyone wishing you join this ministry is welcome to do so.

You do NOT have to be a nurse or in a health care field to join!

We are especially looking for individuals who would be willing to visit our homebound parishioners or to do blood pressure checks once a month after all masses.

If interested, please contact Marilyn Solo at 586-772-3252.

Prayer Blanket Ministry

This ministry prepares blankets for our sick and homebound.

Please consider helping out.

The hands that make blankets are a true blessing to those who receive them!

Exercise Ministry

Exercise Classes take place at our St. Gertrude Campus
